It's been my experience that--- while a particular type of bodywork may be most effective for certain conditions (or certain people)--- the best opportunity for healing happens when any modality helps you reconnect with yourself, on a deep level.

I'd like to help you do that through Chi Nei Tsang--- or a combination of Chi Nei Tsang, Lymphatic Drainage and Shiatsu--- tailored to meet your needs and preferences. I also delight in teaching you self-care techniques (CNT, qigong, dry-brushing, castor oil packs, etc.)
