Over the years I've indulged my curiosity in many kinds of bodywork by studying pretty much anything that interests me, including: Essential Oils, Reiki, Qigong, Myofascial Release, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Indian Head Massage, and taking many classes with Jeffrey Yuen. They all influence my work, even if I don't end up using every technique.

Gilles Marin (Author of Healing From Within with Chi Nei TsangFive Elements, Six Conditions, and Healing Buddha Palms continues to be my main teacher----- I feel very privileged to be able to continue to study with him, in the company of other experienced practitoners.

Gilles and his faculty teach Chi Nei Tsang, Applied Qigong to massage therapists and other bodywork professionals---- as well as any individual who's interested in enhancing wellness in family and friends... using it as self-care... and/or adding CNT to their Qigong practice. You can check out his classes, here.
